I was having issues with a Samsung software issue since my last update. I called Josh at Cell Phone Repair and told him everything that was going on and everything I already tried. He listened and told me that they didn’t have a very specific diagnostic tool that they needed for the issue. He told me of a place to go in the area that did. I appreciate the help and direction.
